Onegen Labs Return & Refund Policy

At Onegen Labs, we maintain strict quality control standards for all products. Due to the nature of our peptide research materials, the following return and refund policy applies to all purchases:

All Sales Final After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. This policy ensures the integrity and handling standards of all research products.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds (for canceled orders prior to shipment) will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear back in your account after it has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review or replacement.

Incorrect Orders
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Policy Enforcement
By placing an order with Onegen Labs, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not comply with the terms outlined above.
