Onegen Labs Shipping Policy

At Onegen Labs, we are committed to processing and delivering your peptide research orders efficiently and transparently. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing & Shipping
We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are processed in the order they are received, and typically take 1–3 business days to ship. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, any items that have been shipped are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final once the order has left our facility.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear back in your account after it has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives lost or damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
